Use the form below to upload your team logo and input your roster for the 2025 TCFA season.  If you are a returning team, we still have your previous logo on file, but please upload an image of the logo (or last year's jersey) to ensure there is no confusion.  If you do not have a complete logo available to submit, you can upload a sketch of what you would like, BUT, be sure to put notes  in the sketch so we know what ink colors to use. (Limit 2 ink colors)

If you do not have a custom logo and would would prefer to use the default logo which will be updated with your team name, select the "Default logo" option and enter the ink colors you want us to use below.

All uniforms come with your logo and player numbers included,  however, if you would like to add last names to the jerseys, there is an option to do so for an added fee.

Your can choose a sleeveless jersey or a short sleeve jersey.  Here is a link to the colors:
